FAQ

Questions people ask before they book.

Why are you cheaper than an agency?

Because there's no agency. You pay for my hours, not for an account manager, a project manager and an office. I've been building WordPress sites for over ten years, so the hours are fewer, too.

Is MWST included?

Prices are shown excl. 8.1% MWST by default, as is usual between businesses. Use the switch above the packages to see the amount you'd actually pay. Invoices are issued through my payroll partner and include MWST.

What does "typical agency price" mean?

It's the midpoint of published 2026 Swiss agency prices for a comparable brief: the same number of pages, languages and features. The sources are the Websharks Zürich quote study (31 offers for one identical brief), the Digitalawards price survey (219 published prices) and website-erstellen-lassen-schweiz.ch. What if my project doesn't fit a package?

Most don't fit perfectly. Packages are starting points; I'll send a fixed quote within two working days once we've talked for twenty minutes.

How do I pay?

50% when we start, 50% at launch. Care plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance and can be cancelled monthly after the first three months.

Do you host the site?

No. I set up hosting in your name with a Swiss or EU provider, so you always own your site and your data. The site stays yours even if we stop working together.
